How to use it gently

  • Start with the Money Load Check-In to name how you feel
  • Use Bill Sort to brain dump without panic
  • Use Spend Pause when you feel an impulse
  • Revisit One Small Step when everything feels too big
  • Journal freely — no right or wrong answers
  • Come back as often or as rarely as you need

Privacy & how your data works

  • No login required

  • Data stays on your device unless you choose to export it

How offline use works

  1. Open the app online at least once
  2. Enter your access code
  3. Let it fully load
  4. Add to Home Screen or install (optional)
  5. Open once more while online and wait 30–60 seconds
  6. After that, the app works without internet

iPhone note

You may be asked to enter your access code twice: once when opening the app link in Safari, and once when opening the installed Home Screen app for the first time. After the Home Screen app is unlocked, it should stay unlocked on that device unless browser or app data is cleared.

Troubleshooting

  • If the link opens as a Google search, paste the full URL into your browser address bar directly
  • If the app asks for the access code again after clearing browser data, re-enter: QML-MONEYCALM
  • If entries seem lost, check that you saved before closing
  • For best experience: iPhone Safari · Android Chrome · Desktop Chrome or Edge
